John 2. “Jesus Makes Better” Sunday January 14, 2018, 11am
Do we want our life to be better? Following Jesus and his teachings will produce such a life.

What do we see here in Jesus’ teachings?

We find Jesus’ mother needing help here on earth. Jesus told her this is not my number one priority, but we see he is willing to help us in our present life. How do we do this, take time to be holy, speak oft with the Lord.

Proverbs 3:5-6. Pr 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. . 1 Thessalonians 5:17 Pray without ceasing.

Are we encouraging our churches to pray and teach the gospel? Or are we wanting our church to be full of activities that entertain, so we can compete with other churches? Let us remember that a moment away from praising the Lord and seeking divine guidance from the gospel is a moment in time wasted. We, need, Jesus’ help, to follow the instructions, Jesus gave us in Matthew 6:33 Mt 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Remember to provide a pleasurable life to GOD.
Re 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

Whatever we are doing, let us cover each moment with silent pray unto the Lord for blessings and guidance. Then and only then can we walk through life with great comfort that we are walking in the arms of GOD.

A. I must be about my father=s business. 1-11
B. Jesus cleans the church of programs that distract. 12-17
C. We must decide Who is Jesus? 18- 22
D. We dare not trust the sweetest frame, but holy lean on Jesus' name.23-25
May GOD bless you with His son Jesus our savior with grace and peace multiplied.
