Colossians 4 "Redeeming the Time" Sunday November 13, 2016, 11am

Paul challenges us to understand how precious time is. We should be in constant prayer with thanksgiving. Pray for all to realize that life is short. We should always be alert to check that each person we meet has salvation through Jesus our Lord. Pray for those who are standing before the lost, that they will redeem the time by presenting the gospel to them.

Pray that when Christians present the gospel that GOD will bless their efforts and they will present it as GOD would have them to do. Pray for the Holy Spirit to anoint each person that their speech will be full of the gospel and appealing to the listener. Pray that we will know how to answer each person’s questions with truth and grace.

Pray blessings on each person who works behind the scene with little or no recognition and let the Holy Spirit fill them with joy, knowing that their labor is not in vain. We can get so much joy by doing things that no one knows about but GOD.

Pray for all the churches that the gospel is being taught and that nothing is added or taken away from the word. Pray for all young people to be nurtured in the admonition of the gospel and when time comes, they will come forth and take the lead roles in our church.
