Psalm 24. “The King of Glory?”  Wednesday November 2, 2016, 7pm

There is great joy in my heart when I read the 24th Psalm, knowing that, my GOD, is the King of Glory, so strong and mighty. Oh!  So many blessings are ours when we know and serve the King of Glory.

How many of us are so blessed to know the King of Glory?  Who is the King of Glory?  The Lord, strong and Mighty. All things are his, the earth and the fullness thereof is his.  Exodus 9:29 And Moses said unto him, As soon as I am gone out of the city, I will spread abroad my hands unto the LORD; and the thunder shall cease, neither shall there be any more hail; that thou mayest know how that the earth is the LORD'S.

Just as there is great joy in my heart knowing the King of Glory, there is always a sadness. As, when I study the scriptures and realize that I will never be able to lead, so many that are in need, of the King of Glory, to him. They are forfeiting the riches of his grace. Oh, what peace we forfeit, oh, what needless pain we bear, all because we do not know the King of Glory through Jesus, as savior of our life.

The Psalmist asks who is the King of Glory? The Psalmist also asks; will we ascend into the hill of the Lord or will we shall stand in his holy place? The Psalmist gives us the way to the King of Glory, those who Lift up the everlasting doors to our hearts through Jesus our savior and the King of Glory shall come in.

A.      The earth and the fullness is the Lord’s, the King of Glory.1-2

B.      Who shall be with the King of Glory in heaven?3-4

C.      Blessings and righteousness are for those who have accepted Jesus as savior. 5

D.      Be part of the generation that opens their hearts to the King of Glory. 6-10

MAY GOD bless you with his grace and peace
